The Capitol City Rockets were founded in 1989 and have been an official Oldsmobile Club of America chapter since 1990. Our club's intent is to cover Oldsmobile enthusiasts in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.

Our club has 65+ members and growing with representation in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

We have monthly meetings that rotate between Maryland and Virginia, and several events throughout the year.  Events include our Spring Dust Off in April and our All-GM Show in August co-hosted with the Buick Club of America's Metro Chapter.  Other events such the OCA Nationals, as cruise/driving tours and a White Post Restoration tour are scheduled during the year as well.  Information is available on the Meeting & Events page.

It is not necessary to own an Oldsmobile to join CCR, only to be a fan of the marque. Dues are $20.00 a year, and if you'd like join or renew please see the our CCR membership page.

Membership dues include our Golden Quill award-winning Rocket Review newsletter, published quarterly.
