The Rocket Review is an award winning newsletter for Capitol City Rockets, and is included with your membership. It describes club meetings, events, activities and other Oldsmobile items of interest.  Scott Phillips creates the newsletter, and has won multiple "Golden Quill Awards" from Old Cars Weekly.
